- A deposit of Php 3,000 Pesos is required upon arrival and will be returned on checkout less damage to the unit and its contents. - All Weekly Rental payments shall be paid in full upon arrival if it is less than 5 days of stay. Important : The Management of Sea Residences is charging P150/person per day when you make use of the swimming pool. However, we will give you free of charge for the first week of your stay only.

- When you confirm your reservation, you wil lbe required to fill-up a Lessee Information Sheet and email us a copy of your photo to identify you on arrival by the Security Personnel. For security reasons and for your safety, only registered guests are allowed to enter the vicinity.
- Click Download Lessee Information Sheet on top of this page and email to us or bring it with you when you check-in for registration purposes.
